This hotel is located conveniently in the city centre near scenic falls. Rooms are spacious and guests have access to a free parking. the staff is polite and accommodating. the breakfast offers plenty of options, and the restaurant staff are friendly. Enjoy the view of the mountains and city from the balcony available in each room.
One thing to be mindful of is smoking being allowed in certain dining areas, which may affect some guests.

The hotel offered accessible parking and a helpful staff. The room was spacious, offering a good sized bathroom and a nice little balcony to enjoy. Additionally, we appreciated the location being close to the city and the mountains.
We were letdown by the uncomfortable beds that were wrapped in plastic, as well as the lack of towels and utensils in the room. We also found mold under the dessert served during breakfast, and the unprofessional and unpleasant receptionist made for a bad initial impression. Smoking was allowed in the dining area, which is generally the case in this area.

We had a wonderful romantic escape. the rooms were spacious with a cozy balcony overlooking the beautiful surroundings, and the hotel's restaurant offered delicious food at reasonable prices. the staff was welcoming and always available to help us with local information about the area. We also appreciated the free parking and the fact that the hotel was located close to the main attractions.
The beds were quite hard and uncomfortable, and we often woke up with back pain. smoking was allowed at the dining area where we had breakfast, which was not pleasant for non-smokers like us.
